Theme: Vietnamese Culture Through the Lens of Young Filmmakers
Note: In each film, you need to select and highlight one (or several) Vietnamese cultural values that you feel connected to, impressed by, or want to share.
FILM DURATION
Short film under 10 minutes or Short film under 40 minutes
FORMAT
Format: MP4 (H.264 codec) hoặc MOV hoặc DCP
Resolution: Full HD (1920×1080) hoặc 4K (3840×2160)
Frame rate: 24fps hoặc 25fps
Aspect ratio: 16:9
Audio: 24 bit, Stereo (2 kênh) hoặc 5.1 vòm (nếu có)
SUBTITLES
Format: .srt or directly embedded (Burn-in) to the film
Font: appropriate size, no spelling or grammatical errors
No limitations on the original language (audio, voiceover) of the work
Each film must have two separate subtitle versions in French and English.
Note: Additional Czech subtitles are required (if requested by the organizers)
