"Viet Culture in Motion" is a short film festival project aimed at young filmmakers, both professional and non-professional, aged 30 and under, specifically encouraging students and those participating in filmmaking to create documentary films about Vietnamese culture. 

This is an opportunity for young people to showcase their creativity and perspectives, viewpoints of their generation, and to continue tell the story of Vietnam to the world through cinematic language in a new, youthful, dynamic, and colorful way.
