OBJECTIVES

Introducing an authentic, diverse, and creative Vietnam to international audiences through the language of cinema. Everyday stories that resonate with the real-life experiences of young people are honored to evoke the deepest emotions. By celebrating life through humanistic, historical, and cultural values, the project showcases the creative lens of the younger generation and builds a bridge to the future.

VISION

The film festival provides a platform for young filmmakers to become "cultural ambassadors" through cinema, creating a space that connects Vietnam with the international community. Furthermore, it aims to showcase a vibrant and creative Vietnam that moves in harmony with the world, contributing to the preservation and promotion of Vietnamese cultural heritage in a dynamic way.

ORGANIZING COMMITTEE

Toucher Arts is a international cultural promotion project established by Art Space Association to promote and introduce Vietnamese culture to the world through creative works of the younger generation.

In 2024, Toucher Arts was honored to receive the Vietnam International Awards in London, recognizing the efforts and outstanding contributions in bringing Vietnamese culture to the international community.

In 2025, Toucher Arts received the Encouragement Award at the 11th National Award for External Relations Information 2025

Toucher Arts has developed a diverse range of activities in Vietnam and internationally, including art exhibitions, concerts, cultural workshops, parades, documentary screenings, and educational programs. These initiatives aim to foster cultural dialogue and promote a profound understanding of Vietnamese identity within the international community.
