"Viet Culture in Motion" is an international short documentary film festival project aimed at young, non-professional filmmakers aged 30 and under. The project especially encourages students to showcase their creativity and the unique perspectives of their generation. It serves as an opportunity to tell the story of Vietnam to the world through the language of cinema in a fresh, youthful, and vibrant way.
