Hi! My name is Sally. I am ten years old.
I have had many Ao Dai ever since I was really small. The first time I wore Ao Dai, I was just 1 year old; I’d just learned how to stand. My family and I wore Ao Dai together. That was my favorite Ao Dai. I wore it for three years. The second Ao Dai that I have worn is pink. There is a picture of Elsa and Anna in it. During that time, my sister participated in the World Scholar Cup 2018, and so I wore my Ao Dai to cheer her up. Luckily, she was rewarded with a lot of prizes in that competition. Surprisingly, my mother still keeps this Ao Dai, and now I give it to the 2LIFE Ao Dai project. I hope the next owner of that Ao Dai loves it and has good luck wearing it.
Every Tet festival, my mom buys me a new Ao Dai. I wear Ao Dai to visit Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam to pray for good results in my study, and I also wear it to go give New Year’s greetings to relatives. My mother keeps all my photos with Ao Dai throughout the year, and now, each time I look back at them, I see my growth with Ao Dai. Luckily, I was chosen to be a member of the 2 Life Ao Dai project. I present our project to everyone, and I receive a lot of stories related to Ao Dai, all of which are unforgettable memories. I hope someday I can go to France and take a picture with my Ao Dai under the Eiffel Tower.
