Hey there, friends ! My name is Tuấn Hiệp, but my family and friends call me Tofu. I'm in the bilingual 1A1 class at Trưng Trắc Primary School in Hanoi, where we learn French too ! My little brother, Nino Đức Minh, goes to August Preschool in Hanoi.
Every year during the Lunar New Year, my parents buy my brother and me the most beautiful and trendy traditional Vietnamese áo dài outfits. It's such an important tradition for us because wearing áo dài shows respect for our country's rich history and culture.
When my parents heard about the 2LIFE Ao Dai : A Timeless Journey project, they asked my brother and me about the áo dài we wore when we were little. It's so exciting to be part of spreading Vietnamese culture around the world ! We can't wait to show off our áo dài and share this beautiful tradition with our friends, especially our French friends. We hope they'll love it as much as we do !
When we grow up, we'd love to visit France and introduce our friends to the amazing Vietnamese áo dài, as well as the delicious food and unique features of Asian culture. It's so cool to be a part of this cultural exchange !
